Progress Reports - Alerts

Alerts are a way for an instructor to celebrate student successes through 'positive' alerts, or indicate when a student may be at risk of not passing a course or interrupting their academic progress. The Alerts notify the students as well as different users across Jayhawk GPS, who are a part of the students' Success Team.

Student View

Students have the ability to see progress reports submitted by their instructors through the Jayhawk GPS/Navigate360 app. This information is located in the Reports section. To learn more, visit the Navigate360 Student App page.

Clicking the ‘View Report’ link in the Details column will open a window with additional information for absences and current grade submitted by instructor.

NOTE: Instructor’s comments are hidden from view. Only Student Navigators and Academic Advisors see the comments shared by instructors.
